How close were you to your grandparents when you were a kid? Do you miss them? Or, are you one of those lucky ones who still have their grandparents with them?
I lost my grandpa when I was in school. He used to give me pocket money when I was in class three! Every evening he used to tell me stories of his childhood – the adventures and mischiefs he had had in life. And I used to listen to them with so much excitement. It was my best time of the day. My grandma is with us, though, and I love her a lot. They were the stars of my childhood!
My baby is very lucky to have both her grandparents to play with her. I feel relieved when she is with them. Seeing them behave like kids when they are with her feels so soothing. It seems like they have got their childhood back.
So, how about showing some love towards them with these meaningful grandparents’ quotes on the coming grandparents’ day?
