How to Play a Pictionary Game On Christmas?
A minimum of four players is needed who can be divided into two groups. A bigger group is always fun to play. Make sure that you have things like paper, pencils, dice, a timer, a bowl, a whiteboard (to draw), and a notecard at hand to play the game.
Since it’s Christmas, make sure the categories of the Pictionary game adhere to the theme. Here is how the game goes:
- Choose at least three to four categories. These could be a person or character (Christmas-themed figure or movie characters); Christmas movies; Actions (related to Christmas); Places; Christmas decorations, and so on.
- Now, take the word from each of the categories and jot them down on the cards. Assign a number to each of the categories, and ask one player from each team to roll the dice.
- Say if 1 is assigned to Christmas carol, then the player choosing this number gets to select from that category. The one who rolls the dice first gets the first chance. While one of the team members has to draw, the others have to guess.
- They have a time of 60 seconds to draw and guess. There are certain restrictions on the person who is drawing. He can’t talk or make gestures. He isn’t allowed to draw numbers or letters. If he violates the rule, his team loses points.
Each correct guess earns that team a point. A wrong guess means the question is passed over to the next team. Make sure each member of all the teams gets a chance to draw. Once that’s done, the team having the most points is the winner.
