A lot of things change when a woman becomes a mother. Even if mothers are considered modern day superheroes, there are still things and situations in life that get us annoyed. It is not always the same for every mom. Some may just be very petty situations but it may blow oneโs head off while others may be a huge deal but can easily be solved.
Which of these insane things can you pretty much relate to?
Hey there, Martha here, a full-time mom of two, currently trying to bring a small impact in everyone’s life whom I can reach through The Queen Momma. I usually write on topics related to parenting, pregnancy and motherhood. Having gone through a few rocky relationships myself, I consider myself somewhat of an “expert” on topics related to dating and relationships.
I formerly worked at Special Needs Network Inc and BrightStar Care of Beverly Hills as a head manager. I have a passion for assisting organizations and individuals in achieving their objectives and have had the opportunity to do so throughout my professional career. At present, writing for The Queen Momma is a great addition to my professional career.
I’m not a mom yet ๐ but I loved to read your post thank you for sharing your experience with us โค
I’m not a mom yet!! But from I read and see from others, nowadays mom’s are real super heroes!
Always need to pamper yourself ๐ I don’t have kids, but I enjoyed reading your post.
I love this post!! I can relate to every single one of these!! Not having enough time to get yourself ready is definitely #1. Next is finishing leftovers… I just want to go on strike from cooking. They don’t eat it and I end up eating ALL of it!! Not fair!!
I’ve definitely heard some of my friends echo these thoughts. That’s why I’m content to raise animals instead ๐
This is so true! I am right there with you mama! Thanks for sharing!
HAHA! Great post!
Awesome post
I can relate to number 3 even without being a mother. The neighbors’ kid is crying all the time. And, even worse than the kid’s crying, is the mother being scary loud trying to act cute to make him stop. If I were the kid I’d keep crying too after listening to the crazy sounds she makes :))
I can relate though my children are already grown up so I can say, everything will pass and they grow old, you would miss the day when they were still young.
This is a fun post preparing me for motherhood! Cool post!
Although I am a man and only 21, I can really appreciate this post a lot. Was a really interesting read, reading it from my point of view especially!
Your article reminded me of my sisters lol. Such a good read. Thank you for sharing
My favorite one is the having to finish the leftover food haha. Thanks for the laugh!
Such a good read, although i dont have kids I could still relate to you
Iโm not a mom yet but most of my cousins and friends they already have a child and I know what it feels like. Great post!
I am not a mother myself, so I don’t know much about this subject. I give to my friends who are moms.
I am not a mom yet and I think I never will be but I have taken great care of my nieces and nephew since day 1. All their parents are quite busy and I am the cool Aunt that comes around and goes around but when I am around I am the amazing Auntie Nanny! LOL.
I don’t have any children, but I remember as a kid growing out of clothes so fast and how frustrating it must’ve been for my mom. haha!
Great to read your post. My only child(son, Brandon) is now 18yrs. old.
Truly blessed that I was chosen as his Mother! I can absolutely relate to
each of your examples. Thinking back to the 1st time I left my infant son with his Dad;
just to go to the grocery store…was only in the store a few minutes and heard
a baby crying on the next aisle. Broke out sweating/hair stood up on the back
of my neck and heart rate increased. I was having an anxiety attack, and it
wasnโt even my Brandon. Even though this happened 18years ago, still remember it like it was yesterday. Moms (that means: expecting Moms too)
hold on to them while they will let you! Although Brandon tells me everyday
that he loves me. I miss how he would snuggle with me on the couch in his
footy pajamas watching movies. Best and most Anxiety filled Job, being a
Mom.
S. Peace, N.C.
